3. Depending on the item you selected, we will either embroider or print your pet's design. If you choose a clothing item, your pet's silhouette will be embroidered with the thread color you select. If you choose a phone case or card holder, the design will be color printed on 100% vegan and sustainable leather.
4. Sit back and relax while we create your personalized item. We take pride in our attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure you receive the best quality product. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for us to process your order and create your one-of-a-kind item.
5. Once your item is ready, we will ship it to you with care and love. You will receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
